We ship nationwide. Shipping is not included in the price. You can also pick up the tiny home yourself or hire your own shipping company. To calculate a quote please check how many miles from 92154 to your location and multiply that by $3 that will give you a rough idea of the price. We work with several shipping companies and always try to find the best price and best service for our clients.
Local deliveries in San Diego have a minimum of $700.

Our tiny homes have similar connections to RV's.
Electrical is 50amp and has an RV outlet to connect the tiny home to the main property, generator (solar) or RV park connection.
Sewage is underneath the tiny home and can be connected directly to the sewage line or to a tank. All water goes out one way if you need to separate grey water from black water it's easy to do because you have access to all the sewage lines.
Water lines run inside the tiny home and on the outside you connect a water hose or a tank.

Our tiny homes include:
*A one ton LG AC/heater mini split *Two burner electrical stove.
We don't include a water heater. Connections to water heater are outside and next to them there's a CGFI outlet with its' own breaker. We don't include fridge or washer dryer all connections are included.

We are a small company and don’t offer financing but a lot of our customers go to their local credit union for financing. Light stream also offers Tiny Home financing here is the link apply for financing

We ship our tiny homes across the U.S and Canada and don’t do any set up. Most of our customers like to do this DIY and for those that need extra help a local handyman can help you.

For people who want to place an order we do make changes to our existing models. We request a 50% deposit for all orders.
